Camilan yang satu ini mudah dibuat dirumah, bunda. Bahannya sederhana dan tidak memerlukan tenaga yang besar untuk membuatnya. Waktu memasaknya juga gak terlalu lama.
Berawal dari 5 buah pisang raja yang belum diolah ( sampe kulitnya menghitam, tetapi kalau untuk pisang hal itu tidak apa-apa bunda. karena bagian dalamnya masih bagus kok, masih bisa diolah lagi ) dan biasanya juga nih pisang gak akan bertahan lama, pasti sudah habis di makan satu-satu ( karena dirumah doyan makan pisang nih :D ).
Tetapi entah kenapa gerangan dengan 5 buah pisang ini, karena lihat bahan-bahan berikut nongkrong di lemari dapur. Jadi punya ide nih buat resep yang satu ini, dan hasilnya semuaaanya suka :D

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya :
Bahan :
- 5 buah pisang raja atau pisang lilin
- 200 gram tepung terigu
- 100 gram kelapa parut, disangrai
- 5 sdm gula pasir
- Sejumput garam
- Air secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
- Haluskan 5 buah pisang raja menggunakan garpu
- Tambahkan 200 gram tepung terigu, aduk sampai rata dan tepungnya tidak menggumpal
- Masukkan 100 gram kelapa parut yang disangrai lalu 5 sdm gula pasir dan garam sejumput
- Aduk rata semua bahan, tambahkan air sedikit agar adonan tidak terlalu padat
- Olesi loyang dengan minyak sayur lalu masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama lebih kurang 25 menit
- Angkat dan potong-potong, kue pisang siap disajikan
Nah, selesai deh kue pisang kukus nya. Gak butuh waktu lama bunda, nih kue segera diserbu pasukan hehehehe :D
