Sore hari waktu yang cocok nih untuk membuat camilan ya bunda... terutama camilan yang lembut dan manis sebagai pengganjal perut sebelum menyantap hidangan sore.
Nah, hari ini kebetulan saudara iparku sedang ingin memasak satu resep yang berasal dari salah satu artikel di google. Ceritanya sudah beberapa hari beliau penasaran mau masak bolu kukus yang satu ini dan baru kesampaiannya hari ini...
Jadi cerita nya hari ini saya lagi jadi asisten chef nih bunda :D .... dan berdasarkan praktek serta sesuai dengan takaran yang ditentukan, jadilah bolu kukus pelangi yang benar-benar lembut.
Langsung kita sharing resepnya di bawah ini ya bunda biar bunda bisa langsung membuatnya di dapur :D
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
- 2 butir telur ayam
- 250 gram gula pasir
- 250 gram tepung terigu
- 70 gram susu bubuk
- 1 bungkus vanili
- 1 gelas susu cair
- 1 sdt SP
- Pewarna hijau, pink dan coklat secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
- Mixer 2 butir telur ayam bersama 250 gram gula pasir hingga mengembang
- Masukkan 1 bungkus vanili dan 1 sdt SP, lalu mixer kembali sampai adonan benar-benar mengembang dan berwarna putih
- Setelah mengembang, masukkan 250 gram tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit bergantian dengan 1 gelas susu cair sambil terus di mixer
- Kemudian masukkan 70 gram susu bubuk sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di mixer sampai rata, lalu matikan mixer
- Sementara itu, panaskan kukusan hingga air di dalam kukusan benar-benar mendidih dan beruap
- Siapkan cetakan muffin berbentuk mangkuk dialasi cup kertas roti
- Bagi adonan menjadi 4 bagian di dalam wadah mangkuk yang terpisah
- Beri pewarna hijau, pink dan coklat pada masing-masing mangkuk serta sisakan warna putih untuk mangkuk yang terakhir
- Tuang masing-masing 1 sdm adonan ke dalam wadah cetakan mangkuk yang dialasi cup kertas roti hingga penuh
- Kukus selama lebih kurang 15-20 menit hingga matang
- Angkat dan sajikan
Ternyata membuat bolu kukus itu tidak sesulit yang dibayangkan ya bunda, siapin bahan-bahan dan langsung pasang aksi saja di dapur :D ( Ada nih yang loncat-loncat kegirangan bolu kukusnya jadi mekar dan sumringah, hehehehe :D )
Oh ya bunda... bolu kukus yang satu ini tidak memakai air soda ya, jadi judul lainnya nih bolu kukus tanpa soda :D. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Ingredients :
- 2 eggs chicken
- 250 grams of sugar

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp SP
- Green dye, pink and chocolate taste
How to make :
- Mixer 2 chicken eggs together with 250 grams of sugar until fluffy
- Enter 1 packet of vanilla and 1 tsp SP, then the mixer back until dough is really fluffy and white
- Once inflated, enter 250 grams of wheat flour little by little alternately with 1 cup of milk while continuing in the mixer
