Selanjutnya obsesi roti lagi nih... iseng mau buat camilan di malam hari, kebetulan ada stok beberapa bahan-bahan yang kira-kira cocok di buat untuk roti. Dan karena sekeluarga suka sekali dengan roti, jadi resep kali ini roti lagi hehehe :D

Sebenarnya roti sobek isi krim kopi ini adaptasi dari roti boy, bedanya kalau roti boy krim kopinya menjadi topping dan kalau yang ini krim kopinya menjadi isian di dalam rotinya. Tetapi tetap Yummy kok bunda... dan bonusnya resep roti kali ini tanpa telur tetapi tetap lembut seperti yang bisa bunda lihat di fotonya ya :D

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
- 500 gram tepung terigu
- 11 gram ragi instan
- 7 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdt garam halus
- 1 sdm susu bubuk
- 1 sdm margarin
- 1 1/2 gelas air hangat kuku
Isian krim kopi :
- 100 gram margarin
- 100 gram gula halus
- 1 bungkus kopi moka instan
Cara Membuatnya :
- Masukkan 1 1/2 gelas air hangat kuku ke dalam mangkuk besar, tambahkan 7 sdm gula pasir lalu aduk hingga gula larut
- Tambahkan 11 gram ragi instan, aduk rata lalu diamkan beberapa saat hingga ragi mengembang
- Mixer hingga mengembang 100 gram margarin, 100 gram gula halus dan 1 bungkus kopi moka instan
- Masukkan 500 gram tepung terigu ke dalam wadah yang besar, campur 1 sdt garam halus, 1 sdm susu bubuk lalu aduk rata
- Buat lubang di tengah-tengah tepung lalu tambahkan ragi instan yang sudah mengembang, uleni adonan menggunakan tangan hingga rata dan kalis
- Tambahkan 1 sdm margarin lalu uleni lagi hingga benar - benar kalis dan tidak lengket di tangan ( apabila perlu taburi tepung agar tidak lengket )
- Diamkan 30 menit sampai 1 jam hingga ukuran adonan roti mengembang
- Setelah mengembang, kempiskan adonan dengan menekan bagian tengahnya dengan tangan lalu bulatkan sesuai selera
- Beri isian krim kopi yang sudah disiapkan, rapatkan dan tata di loyang yang sudah di olesi dengan margarin
- Panaskan oven hingga 170 derajat celsius, panggang roti selama 30 - 45 menit
- Untuk 15 menit pertama, keluarkan roti dari oven lalu oles bagian atas roti dengan margarin kemudian masukkan kembali, oven hingga matang dan bagian atasnya berwarna kecoklatan
- Angkat lalu oles bagian atas roti dengan margarin lagi dan dinginkan
Yup...akhirnya camilan selesai. Dan langsung deh di makan karena pas di panggang saja, para fansnya sudah pada antri hehehe :D
Ketika dimakan selagi panas, rotinya benar-benar lembut ditambah dengan olesan margarin yang membuat roti semakin terlihat mengkilat dan menggugah selera.

Furthermore obsession about bread again... fad want to make a snack in the evenings, there are some of the ingredients that match made for bread. And because of my family love the bread, so this is about bread recipe again hehehe : D
Actually buns with coffee cream filling is adaptation of coffee buns, the difference of coffee buns is if the coffee cream into topping and bread with cream filled coffee that is the cream coffee into bread stuffing inside. But still Yummy... and this time a bonus recipe this buns without egg but still soft as you can see in the picture ya : D

Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 11 grams of yeast
- 7 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
Coffee cream filling :
- 100 grams of margarine
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 1 packet of instant mocha coffee
How To Make :
- Add 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water in a large bowl, add 7 tablespoons sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved
- Add 11 grams of yeast, stir and let stand a few moments until the yeast expands
- Mixer until fluffy 100 grams of margarine, 100 grams of powdered sugar and 1 packet of instant mocha coffee
- Enter 500 grams of flour into a large bowl, mix 1 tsp fine salt, 1 tablespoon milk powder and mix
- Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the yeast which has been expanding, knead the dough by hand until blended and smooth
- Add 1 tablespoon margarine and knead again until completely smooth and not sticky at hand ( if necessary sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking )
- Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour until the size of the dough expands
- Once inflated, flatten the dough by pressing the middle by hand then round it off to taste
- Give stuffing prepared coffee cream, and put in the pan that has been spread with margarine
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius, bake bread for 30-45 minutes
- For the first 15 minutes, remove the bread from the oven and then rubbed the top of the bread with margarine and put it in oven again, the oven until cooked and lightly browned top
- Remove from the oven then spread with margarine again and let cool
Yup ... finally finished. And directly eating because there a lot of the fans already in the queue when buns is baked hehehe : D
When eaten while hot, really soft bread coupled with a smear of margarine that makes bread increasingly looks shiny and tempting.

It smells really sweet ...... I ate the bread when cold, and it turns out the texture of the bread stays soft anyway. Try at home as an alternative to serving snacks healthy bread for the children so you are more freedom to be creative. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom : D
